Refund policy

To start a cancellation, you can contact us at contact@nightjaracoustics.com.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. If the order has not been shipped, you have the right to cancel your order within three (3) days, for any reason and without a justification. However, bank and platform fees incurred cannot be refunded and there will be an administrative 10% fee of the order to process the cancellation. We will notify you once we process the cancellation. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within ten (10) business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
