Shipping policy
Shipping:
- Free shipping worldwide.
- All packages are shipped via DHL express.
- We deliver to all locations serviced by DHL express.
- Domestic purchases are processed and shipped exclusively through our local retailer Zeppelin & Co.
Order Processing and Shipping Information:
- Nightjar Acoustics does not ship on weekends and major holidays. All orders received on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.
- In-stock cable orders ship within 10 to 14 days, handcrafted meticulously and packed before shipping.
- Online purchases are available for countries that do not have representation. We currently do not sell direct for countries that have firm distribution in place.
- A shipping confirmation with your tracking number will be provided to you upon shipment of your order. This tracking number can only be used within our courier partners’ tracking systems.
Shipping Policy:
- All lost, stolen, damaged or wrongly delivered packages shipped will not be refunded under any circumstances.
- All shipping costs are completely non-refundable.
- We will not declare a different package value from the invoice value for our shipments.
